    Authorization to Access Nosu

    Contingent upon your compliance with these Usage Terms, Nosu rants you a restricted, individual, non-exclusive, non-commercial, revocable, and non-transferable permit to access and utilize the content provided by Nosu ("Nosu Materials"). The use of the Services is strictly limited to your personal, non-commercial educational objectives.

    You agree to refrain from accessing, duplicating, recording, or obtaining content or information from the Services through any automated means, including but not limited to scripts, bots, spiders, crawlers, or scrapers, or employing any data mining technology or processes to frame, mask, extract data, or otherwise obtain materials from the Nosu Materials (except through standard search engine or Internet browser usage), unless you have received specific written authorization from Nosu to do so.

    If you acquire a subscription or license to access any Nosu Materials, such subscription or license is for your sole use and should not be shared with others. Nosu may impose reasonable limitations on your access to Nosu Materials, which may include restrictions on time, the quantity of materials accessed, or the number of devices used to access such Materials, to prevent unauthorized use or third-party access to the Materials.

    Responsibility and Repercussions
